This is more of a reminder, a challenge if you will, to me and all of you, to start our days in a different way.  To create a new routine that does not involve social media first thing in the morning.  How can we set ourselves up for success at the start of every day?  Listen, I'm not judging you, I am at fault of grabbing the phone first thing in the morning too.  I realized that I would immediately grab it before I even had interaction with any other human.  So, I made the decision that I need to make a conscious effort to start my day in a different way.  We can do it!  Let's at least give it a try!  I'm rooting for us!
